A comprehensive operational command center built as a secure Single Page Application (SPA) using React. It empowers business owners and operations teams to manage the entire lifecycle of healthcare delivery with precision and real-time control.
- Centralized Order Management: A unified dashboard that aggregates orders from the Next.js User Portal. Features advanced filtering by status (Pending, Prescription Review, Ready to Ship, Delivered) and intelligent logistics assignment.
- Delivery Management: Intelligent handling of Express Delivery (3-4 hours) vs. Standard Delivery slots. The system automatically calculates cutoff times based on driver availability and traffic logic.
- Real-Time Payment Monitoring: Integrated tracking for GCash, GCode, and Over-the-Counter (OTC) payments. Includes automated reconciliation logic to flag payment discrepancies instantly.
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): secure granular permissions system ensuring that logistics staff, finance managers, and super admins only access data relevant to their roles.
- Dashboard Analytics: Visual reporting powered by Recharts, providing actionable insights into daily revenue, top-selling medicines, and user retention metrics.
