A specialized, high-security React interface designed strictly for licensed professionals. It ensures that every prescription order adheres to healthcare regulations before being processed.
- Queue-Based Prescription Review: Rx orders are automatically held in a 'Pending Review' state. Pharmacists work through a real-time queue to validate patient prescriptions against ordered items.
- Secure Document Inspection: Integrated tools to zoom, rotate, and enhance uploaded prescription images for thorough authenticity verification.
- Approve / Reject Workflow: Pharmacists can approve valid orders or reject them with specific reason tagging (e.g., 'Expired Prescription', 'Dosage Mismatch'). Rejections trigger automated, explanatory notifications to the user.
- Compliance Logging: A tamper-proof audit trail that logs every Pharmacist action, ensuring the platform remains fully compliant with diverse pharmacy regulations.
- Real-Time Synchronization: Approvals instantly unlock the order in the Admin Portal for packing, synchronized via a centralized API and React Query state management.
